Worked on a predictive analytics project to identify customer churn in banking using the DIDA framework (Data, Insights, Decisions, Advantage). Built interpretable models (Logistic Regression + Classification Tree) and uncovered high-impact drivers like inactivity, complaints, and product overextension. Delivered strategic retention insights based on geography, age, and behavior.

I oversaw roadmapping, cross-functional delivery, and user adoption — balancing medical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and great UX.
