Studying the Association between STEM Education and Workforce Displacement: Automation as Intervening Factor.
Built a HR chatbot for the United Nations using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Designed conversation flows for leave, certification, and escalation — presented to Microsoft and UN leadership.
Developed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) prototype to turn internal documents into a smart Q&A assistant. Built for financial services pros to extract insights from reports and transcripts.
Led the launch of TK’s allergy app, empowering users with personalized tips and pollen forecasts. Delivered from idea to app store with strong user feedback.
Created a unique dataset for NCAA tournament predictions. Used coaching history, game data, and crowdsourced survey inputs to generate bracket outcomes — showcased during Fordham’s Data Crunch competition.
Worked on a predictive analytics project to identify customer churn in banking using the DIDA framework (Data, Insights, Decisions, Advantage). Built interpretable models (Logistic Regression + Classification Tree) and uncovered high-impact drivers like inactivity, complaints, and product overextension. Delivered strategic retention insights based on geography, age, and behavior.
The 2022 DiGA Report provides an in-depth analysis of Germany’s digital health applications (DiGAs), focusing on their impact on patient care and the healthcare system. As part of the publication team at Techniker Krankenkasse, I contributed to delivering insights on digital transformation in health.
